Case Study - Officina Raffaelli

Cooking up bookings with a website

Fresh Calamares

In just 5 days, we were up and running with a website that is good for more than 1000 online bookings per month.

As an amateur of the authentic Italian cuisine, I’ve been a longtime client at Officina Raffaelli. Excellent pasti, prepared with pure ingredients and the craftsmanship of Chef Daniel make for an unforgettable treat to your papillae. Add the industrial interior of Hal 16, the hospitality of Diana and an exquisite selection of wines to it, and you have the perfect location for both business lunches and family dinners.

When they wanted a remake of their website, they turned to Brandtag.

From briefing to go-live in less than a week

Since speed was of the essence — every offline day offline was a day with lost bookings and empty tables. So we took a hands-on approach. First, we asked Officina Raffaelli for all materials: pictures, logo, whatever text they had and their menus.

Next, we picked a Squarespace theme that is suitable for restaurants and started working with it right away. In the meantime, we moved their domain name to the friendly folks at Kinamo. Finally, we integrated TableBooker so guests could start booking again as soon as possible.

Today, the website attracts 3000 monthly visits, converting 1 out of 3 visitors to people who actually book a table at the restaurant.

And why not book a table while you’re there?
